Windows 11 DISM stuck at 62.3%

Previous post: Redirecting had some issues with crashing recently. I tried some fixes like updating bios and all my drivers, network adapter drivers, etc. I now tried dism restorehealth and it always got stuck at 62.3%. I left it on over night and it said something about source not available or idk. What i found online is that you should use the same command from before but with /source afterwards. What does that mean and can anyone help please?DIS
