Windows 11 Display language issue

I just bought a refurbished/second hand laptop that come installed with Windows 11 Pro in Japanese, after that i did all the step to change the display language, lang pack etc. It was working to some extent, but there is still parts of stuff that stays in Japanese for example the windows explorer is all in English but the sign in screen is still in Japanese, part of the search function is in Japanese and the settings is weirdly in both Japanese and English plus a weird long name (screenshot attached). Any fix or tips? or am i stuck with Japanese from now on?
