Windows 11 DLL files ERRORS.

I am having multiple error popups on my screen upon startup and when attempting to open certain windows applications such as notepad, snipping tool, etc. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Visual C++ Redistributable packages, I have tried repairing them, I have tried running regsvr32 commands on them but when I do it gives me a further error, I have tried running system scans in the command prompt, I seem to have tried every single solution on the internet, any help would be greatly appreciated. Please help as it is annoying to get these popups upon my startup applications loading
