Windows 11 Do downloads ever work on Microsoft.com?

Hello,I have tried to raise 3 different support cases with Microsoft to try and resolve an issue with the URL:Page not found receive an internal server error.Reason being is because that's outside the scope of the department they work in and then consequently ask us over the phone to raise another support case to try and route it to the correct department.
