Windows 11 Do I have to disable family features to stop the pop-up?

The constantly reappearing Microsoft family features pop-up window has been described in many posts (see below). I have not found any explanation of why this happens. All the posts suggest removing the family features by disabling this or that. Is this feature completely broken? Why does it even exist is the only way to avoid it is to disable something in a deep dark corner of Windows? My kid is in the family and I would like to keep it that way. Every time he signs in, the pop-up window will reappear in a matter of seconds. How can this be remedied?Redirecting
