Windows 11 Do I have to have the toggle on to receive updates through october

HI I was wondering if I could ask a question please about the toggle that you have to turn on in windows update that allows you to receive updates when they are released. I was wanting to now something since I do not have this toggle turned on in windows update will I receive the updates that come with october to prepare for windows 11 23h2. I should mention that I did get an update through windows update named Windows configuration update it was installed on 2023-09-15 it was install successfully.Thankswindows 11 22h2 current version
