Windows 10 Do I need to update and install these drivers Microsoft Visual C++2010 Redistributable, Microsoft Silverlight and others

It is not gaming laptop.Windows 10 64-bit JapaneseIntel Core i5-7200U CPU ` 2.50GHz. 12.0 GB Ram. Intel HD Graphics 620Hi, Usually Windows 10 automatically update the needed drivers but some time I got to update manually. For that I got third party Driver Booster Free. The free version can update some, for others it ask to buy pro version. At present it is showing the following drivers to be updated Are these are important drivers? I wonder if it is necessary and can I download from some where?As per Driver Booster Free following needed to be updated:Microsoft Visual C++2010 Redistributable
