Windows 11 Do not have access to Virus & threat protection in Privacy & security settings in Windows 11

Virus & threat protection is listed as an option under Protection areas but when I click on it it says “ Page not available - Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available. Contact IT helpdesk for more information. “Same thing happens when trying to access it from search
