Windows 11 Do not have permission to access another computer on my wireless network

DJW PRIMARY

I have 3 computers on my wireless network - 2 laptops and one desktop. I can access the desktop with one of the laptops; but when I try to access the desktop with the 2nd laptop I get a message that I do not have permission to do so.
