Windows 11 Documents in a folder are out of order

This has only happened over the last week and it is making it difficult to find specific documents within the folders. Prior to this they were absolutely fine. I haven't changed any settings. Also I have noticed on certain spreadsheet that the £ sign has been changed to a $.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
