Windows 11 Documents Library on OneDrive Windows 11 will not backup to File History on external drive.

I am trying to back up my OneDrive libraries in Windows 11 to File History on external drive. Backup runs but does not backup my Documents library. Error message says: 'Libraries that are encrypted with Encrypting File System, are on a network location or are on a drive that doesn't use the NTFS file system can't be backed up.' None of my libraries are encrypted. Any advice?
