Windows 11 Does any know anything about the built in VPN ? i want to try and activate it some how. does anyone know how ? i am running a lenovo laptop.

Anyway like i said in the title i want to activate the built-in VPN on my lenovo laptop does anyone know how to do this or anything about it? I've been hacked 2 times in the past year and had some very important items stolen from me ,they got all my passwords and everything now ive have all them changed and it happened again somehow it was like they were seeing what i was doing on my computer so i want to get every available security help i can get. and i saw somewhere in settings i do believe about built-in VPN so if any knows anything let me know thanks. please keep answers simple i am a
