Windows 11 Does anyone have a link to write a support ticket or an email?

It seems impossible to find contact information for Microsoft technical support.My issue is,I upgraded to a new graphics card then updated my BIOS. When I got back into Windows, my Windows 11 Home system was no longer active. I have an error code 0xC004C060. I clicked troubleshoot and it tells me that my Windows has already been reactivated. I managed to get in contact with Microsoft activation by phone who transferred me to technical support. I was on hold for 45 minutes so I hung up and tried all over again.
