Windows 11 Does anyone have a startup folder in your C drive which contains a file called Installer with the node.js logo, malwarebytes keeps calling this a spyw

Every time I start up my laptop, I get a spyware notification from MalwareBytes saying that there is a file that is labelled as Spyware in "C:\Users\...\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\Updater.exe"I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or is this an actual spyware software and how to stop it because I've deleted it a few times before and it does not affect the computer, however, it keeps reappearing when the computer starts up again.
