Windows 7 Does anyone know how to fix a code 10, device cannot start, for the Microsoft teredo tunneling adapter for windows 7

I can't seem to fix a problem with the Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter it says that the device cannot start Code 10. I tried to troubleshoot it but no luck. If anyone has a clue about what I need to do, please let me know. It's on a windows 7 OS. Thanks
