Windows 11 Does anyone know how to fix the "Restore" full screen issue on my main display?

I've searched everywhere on how to fix my current issue with my apps/windows not displaying on the entire screen(main display). I'm using a laptop and a dock to display on my double monitor and made monitor one my main display. The issue is when I try to restore my apps the window does not display on the entire screen. It's almost like I have a dead space on my monitor even though I know I don't, because when I switch the other monitor to be my main display the issue goes away.I've tried to mess with resolutions and scaling, but that hasn't worked. Both monitors are set to 1920 x 1080 and 100%
