Windows 10 Does chkdsk /r /f check every drive and is the ETA time for all drives or just the current one being checked?

I ran chkdsk /r /f on my PC to try to fix an error caused by OneDrive (couldn't delete a folder due to an error which said "The Tag Present in the Reparse Point Buffer Is Invalid") and then rebooted my PC in safe mode. So now it's showing "Fixing (C:)" etc on my screen and I'm wondering, will it do this fixing process for each and every disk drive on my PC (D:, E:, F:)? And if it does do it for every drive, the ETA time says 43 minutes currently, so does that 43 minutes ETA just mean how long it takes to finish fixing C: or is that the total time to fix every drive?Also if I was to cancel chkd
