Windows 11 Does Power Toys' Mouse Without Borders work on Surface Pro 11 with Snapdragon ARM Processor

I have a new Surface Pro 11 with the Snapdragon ARM processor running Windows 11. I have had a lot of software issues and could not even print until Microsoft made a recent Windows 11 2024-07 update for the ARM64 based Systems. I use Power Toys, mostly for the FancyZones, and like it very much (I have two 4k monitors in addition to the SP11 display). I am still using a Surface Pro 8 with one 4K monitor alongside the Surface Pro 11 and would like to be able to use a single mouse across the two machines.
