Does "Remove" in Windows Security protection history means "Delete" or it just don't care about a threat

I had these while Full scanning my laptop and I clicked on "Remove" button then did Full scan again, it shows no threats, I also tried many other Anti-virus applications and they show the same. I tried to track the directory showed in Windows Security (after scanning) but got no result. This is my first time getting Trojan and my English is not that good, please help me make sure that my system is working fine.
