Windows 11 Does Resetting windows delete evrything on other drives?

So i got a laptop that have integrated GPU problem, i have an RTX 3060 with an Intel UHD, i have the laptop for 2 years now.Recently i was playing Genshin Impact and apparently, on mid game apparently the game jumps from the RTX to the UHD severely reducing the fps and spiking the UHD to 100% usage. I havent experience this until august this year.Now i have consulted the internet and tried all method including reinstalling the game, reinstalling the UHD, updating the UHD, updating the BIOS, swap the global setting on Nvidia manager to use the RTX. The last thing i havent do is reinstalling/res
