Windows 11 does windows offer phone support? support.microsoft.com just gives me an error message when I go there

I see documentation that support.microsoft.com is supposed to have a "contact us" option, but all i get is "access denied". i tried (800) 642 7676 and nothing I said in answering the questions could get me a human.
