Windows 11 Does you guys love windows 8.1, 10 or 11? Which one is easier to use? What is Microsoft doing in those year?

I am a Microsoft user. I had used Microsoft windows 7,10and 11. What I want to tell you is I used the surface pro and laptop before. And I find out that windows 8.1 is very good what those start screen and easy to switch apps and open the huge giant apps organizer page unlike windows 7,10and 11. Windows 10 app organizer is only all apps and no organize by date you install and others. Same things as Windows 11 with tiny start screen lol and 11 looks like Mac！ I know you will never use a surface pro with 11 or 10. It so funny that I want to make a video and put some **** on 10 and 11 start
