Windows 11 Dolby Atmos Cutting out while playing games Windows 11

I have an issue where games that support Dolby Atmos cut out for a second every few minutes. I am using a compatible soundbar and using it through the TV. I know that people have mentioned RTX 30 series GPUs can be the culprit but I have only started having this issue (3070 ti since 2022).I had managed to sort it by reinstalling the audio driver from GeForce Experience, but since I used my headset to allow for game chat (they wouldn’t use discord, otherwise I would’ve used my phone), the issue has returned.I have tried installing the driver again, removing and reinstalling every audio driver,
