Windows 10 Dolby Atmos not available for my main audio device

When I try to enable Dolby Atmos for my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (Focusrite USB), the option does not show up but only Windows Sonic shows up.

I checked this on my monitor's built-in speakers (PL2283H), and they did have Dolby Atmos as an option.
