Hi,I just want to know is it possible to Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00 from Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00.UWPDesktop_14.0.30704.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe to Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00_14.0.30035.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe, because my some apps are not working correctly (which are came by my lap).
