Windows 11 downgrade to windows 10

I want to downgrade from windows 11 to windows 10 because my pc is having issues with windows 11, it keeps freezing and stuff and its starting to be annoying when im trying to do work or play games on it bearing in mind i have an RTX 2070 super with an i7 9700. I also want to keep my files and apps but I have a usb with windows 10 on it and when i try to use it on my pc it only says i can keep nothing and proceed it doesn't let me click the option to keep files and apps.<Changed to a question>
