Windows 11 Download iso of windows 11 that is older than the newest update (a feature I need is discontinued from 24H2)

I'm about to build a new PC for gaming. I also have an HP G2 Reverb VR headset I'd like to use on that PC. The VR headset uses WMR that is discontinued from update 24H2. I therefore tried to download an Windows 11 ISO to save for later when I install Windows 11 but the only option now on microsoft.com is to download 24H2 at this moment. Can I request a download link to an Windows 11 update 23H2 ISO?
