Download speed drop to 0B/s with every browser with Ethernet and USB WiFi but my other device works perfectly fine it's just this specific device.I can't download large files from any browsers, every time the download starts and after a few second the speed drops to 0 B/s and it says "Download Failed- Network Error" and when I try to play GTA online I get stuck in the clouds or when I tried playing slither.io I'm also stuck in the loading screen but it gets fixed until I use a VPN, other games like CSGO, L4D2, Enlisted, Starwars Battlefront 2, Fortnite, Roblox and Valorant works fine
