Windows 11 Downloaded apps doesn't launch on windows 11, can you please send prompt help?

So I have downloaded Gologin and Discord from chrome then after downloading and installing when I click the app logo at the desktop it doesn't launch. I tried updating everything but it doesn't work. I Also tried restarting multiple times but it doesn't help. Please send prompt help I need it fixed asap.
