Windows 10 DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

I've been getting the above error message constantly. I thought id figured it out to be the NVidia graphics card so I uninstalled it and was seemingly ok for a day but have come back to my laptop and getting the same error message. When booting up normal, it crashes after about a minute but in safe mode it's stable. Is there a way to identify any other issues causing this error message?
