Windows 11 Drive D is not on my SSD with windows but on my old hard drive. Disk managment looks a mess!

Hello,I cant make sense of much of this honestly. Drive E is my oldest drive which I'd like to remove entirely. C is my SSD with Windows installed and F is my current storage for games and media, etc. Not sure how this screen should look but it seems there is a good deal of extra nonsense?Would greatly appreciate some insight into how to rectify this. Thanks
