Windows 10 Drive HS, Can't disable it or delete partition to reinstall windows

Hi,My Friend have a problem with his computer wich can't boot, and reset windows.I tried to help him but I'm stuck.He have 2 drive in the computer.The original C: (256gb)And D: with data ( 1 to )I tried first to install Windows with a USB Key on C: but I get error ( data cyclic redondance )So I tried via diskpart to delete partitions with '' del partition override'' and clean the drive, but there is an error about the drive wich is protected for data encryption.I tried to chkdsk /f and i can't. I tried chkdsk /f /r : same. I tried to disable protection with chkdsk /f /r /x : Same error.The pro
