Windows 11 Driver Changes Causing Styling Changes

I recently played a game (Ghost of Tsushima) on my Legion Gaming laptop running W11.When the game fired up, I got a popup saying that although the NVIDIA drivers my laptop was using were good enough, I should update them for a better experience. Anyway, I went on NVIDIAs website, downloaded and installed a NVIDIA control panel to manage drivers, etc. At this point, I hadn't updated or downloaded any drivers. However, my Windows and Google text menus suddenly got very small, and I don't seem to be able to change them back. NB: This is NOT a scaling or screen size issue - I know how to change th
