We recently discovered we couldn't send anything to our Officejet 8702 printer, and I've been pulling out my hair trying to find out why. I've uninstalled all of the software for the printer three times, and installed it three times but a problem still exists.
I've Turned off Windows firewall while installing the software but that didn't help. I've disabled Malwarebytes but that didn't help either. I've run sfc/scannow but no problems were found. However I did find out that the driver for Microsoft Teredo Tunnueling Adaptor isn't loading as it should, and don't know how to solve this problem. And it seems unless this problem is solved we can't send anything to our printer.
So the question becomes, how do I fix this problem?
