Windows 11 driver unloaded without canceling pending operation , igdkmd64.sys - Windows 11

hello allI have a an LENOVO laptop , I've been having the "Driver Unloaded Without Cancelling Pending Operations" - igdkmd64.sys error, and my laptop bluescreens, and shuts down. I cant run safe mode because i get 0x000021a error ,i saw srttrail.txt : c/efi/microsoft/boot/cipolicies/active/{cdd5cb55-db68-4d71-aa38-3df2b6473a52}.cip is corrupted.i don't want lose my files :(
