Windows 11 Driver Verifier Violation BSOD (STILL)

Hello All, I am again trying to reinstall windows, after I gave up a year ago (PC runs fine'ish, I think its underperforming but still it runs)So my problem is, when i try to get into safe start i get the BSOD Driver verifier DMA ViolationI Get the BSOD when: I try to reboot while pressing shift I try to reinstall windows via "Reset your PC" and choosing cloud install I try to interrupt the bootup 3 timesI managed to get a bootstick to load but via bootorder change in bios, but instead of letting me reinstall windows it asks
