Windows 11 Drop in audio quality along with not being able to finds the Microsft UAA BUS or Realtek Audio

My Laptop (Asus TUF GAMING A15)(DDR5 4800mhz 32gn, AMD Ryzen 4700x, GTX 3060, 1tb SSD)Has been having audio issues, there was a distinct drop in quality after two updates, causing the audio to sound like its coming through a pane of plexi-glass and a poor quality reverb membrane. Windows is also (as mentioned) Missing the Microsoft UAA Bus, along with Realtek Audio.I have tried reinstalling Realtek, that has not worked, neither the UAA bus or Realtek show up in the Device Manager program, I have done a full re-install of windows, a repair-restore, and from booted in safe mode.
