Windows 11 Dual Booting 2 Windows Systems Using UEFI Boot Manager

I have just bought a new PC which includes 2 identical M2 SSDs. I have done a clean install on the first. I now want to know hiw to clone this to the second M2 and be able to select which system to boot using the UEFI Boot Manager (not the Windows one). I want the two systems to be completely unconnected ie not using a shared boot manager, so that any hardware or software problem on the one system will not affect the other.Will simply cloning the partitions on my first windows system to the second M2 do the job, or are there things in the EFI partition that are system specific and won’t do
