Windows 11 Dual monitor setup not working, please help!

I am having trouble connecting my dual monitor setup. Both monitors display the same screen. However, my laptop does not recognize that they are not the same monitor. I have tried both detecting and identifying the monitors, but they display the same identity. I have tried updating my drivers and hardware, but nothing seems to work. It shows my second monitor as an "integrated monitor", and I am unsure how to (if I can) change this setting. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
