Windows 10 Dvd drive cannot write to cd-rw ?

I have a pocket cd-rw which i want to write some files to, and i made windows format it as " use like a flash drive " . However, when i write multiple files at once, it says " This drive is cd-rom drive which cant write to a cd-rw " however it successfully writes some files. It is a dvd+/-RW drive, so it should be able to write to cds. I only have this problem on my mini cd-rw, as my regular cd-r can be written to. I do not have a full size cd-rw to test, however i think that should work. I've erased the disc, reformatted, and done everything.
