So, i found an old dvd+rw a few days ago and i wanted to use it. However, it doesnt work ( says Windows was unable to complete the format ) and programs cant do it either. I've tried formatting it, erasing it, and nothing is working. I do have a dvd+rw compatible drive, and it does detect a dvd+rw in file explorer, but i cant do anything. I press " Use like usb flash drive " and it says unable to complete format. I press " Use in a cd/dvd player " and nothing happens. My disc drive is working, as i can burn to a dvd-r . I have a sony DVD+RW DPW47L1 .
