Windows 10 'DWM.exe' and 'CSRSS.exe' are draining my GPU Usage and Power.

Hi,


I'm having a problem in my laptop.

The two above mentioned processes are using my Integrated GPU up to 30-35% when idle or doing something else.

I have been experiencing this for about 2-3 months now, and I really can't find a fix :/


There's one thing that I've noticed is - when my laptop is plugged-in and my GPU is switched to my main GPU( GTX 1650 ), the both processes don't use anything (they're almost idle). But when I use my laptop without charger, I experience high GPU usage.

Here's what I've tried -

1. Reinstalling Windows.

2. Resetting My PC Completely.

3. Reinstalled all drivers.

4. Downgraded to Windows 10 Ver-2004


Any help would be appreciated
