Hello, I have been having problems with dwm.exe having high GPU I use Windows 11 I have tried every solution didn't work I have tried disabling all visual effects doesn't work I have tried restarting file explorer didn't work either I have tried update or rollback the AMD drivers didn't work either and none of the *fixes* ever worked, and I really need help with it.
