Windows 10 Eastern Daylight saving time to EST forwarding date modified by 1 hour *help*

Hello, I have a question about DST timestamps especially concerning date modified. I live in EDT timezome (Eastern US & Canada daylight saving time). We move to EST (eastern standard time) in the beginning of novemberI noticed that the date modified reverses by 1 hour only for summer/spring months (in this example Aug 2018). For winter/autumn months (the date modified doesn't change). When we go into autumn/winter months (going from EDT to EST) and with having the auto adjust DST toggle enabled, will the date modified and/or date taken reverse by 1 hour ?The date modified switches by 1 hou
