Windows 11 EasyCAP device not found.

Purchased a EasyCAP video grabber to convert old Hi8 camcorder videos to PC.Tried software supplied 'honestech' and another 'OBS' The OBS when searching for Media source, cannot find or list the device.Device Manager shows the device as 'AV to UBS2' and shows it to be working. The DM event shows:- USB\VID_534D&PID_0021&MI_00\7&6af79c6&0&0000 requires further installationThe event logs in snap-in console shows: -EventData DeviceInstanceIdUSB\VID_534D&PID_0021&MI_00\7&6af79c6&0&0000DriverNameusbvideo.infClassGuid{ca3e7ab9-b4c3-4ae6-8251-579ef933890f}Servic
