Windows 11 EFI Shell is stuck

I bought a brand new Acer Aspire 7, but when I turned it on it's stuck on EFI shell version 2.70, I tried the exit command but the only option is UEFI_SHELL, it also says that blk1 and blk2 are "null"Should I return it? Or is there any way to fix it?
