Dear Microsoft Technical Support, I am writing to you regarding an issue I have encountered with my Acer Swift SF-714-52T laptop after updating to Windows 11 Home Edition version 23H2. The update was installed on November 9, 2023, with OS build 22631.2715 and Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22677.1000.0. The problem is with the Fingerprint Sensor, which is from EGISTEC. After the update, the sensor stopped working and the Device Manager shows an unrecognized device. I believe this unrecognized device is the Fingerprint Sensor.
