Windows 11 Elevation permissions

Hi,I have windows 11I'm looking for some help. I have a writing program on my laptop which I use regularly. I went to access one of the files and it kept crashing which led me to troubleshoot the program.Somehow, don't ask me how the elevation permissions for this one program were changed, and now I can't double-click on the files to access them.The program is OpenOffice (latest version). I have tried: right-click on icon> properties>compatibility>run this program as admin>apply>okay>restartit didn't change anything.I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing has ch
