Windows 7 Eliminate DPC Latency For Smooth Audio Recording

Hey guys and gals!How do I eliminate DPC latency in audio recordings? Are there specific drivers I need to have updated for my machine to work smoothly with a Focusrite Scarlet18I20 audio interface? It's on a USB hub connected to one of the two USB 3.0 ports. Yet it seems there's latency in "Ndis.sys", "Usbport.sys", "Ataport.sys", "Ntoskrnl.sys" (I think I spelled that right), "storport.sys", and "Hdaudbus.sys" (I think that's the name). The most latency occurs in "Ndis.sys", "usbport.sys", and "storport.sys". I've already tried updating the drivers with Windows Update, and it says I have the
