Windows 10 EMERGENCY TEXT FROM MICROSOFT WAS FAKE?

On Friday August 13, I opened my HP laptop and at the right corner appeared a little window with microsoft logo and phone number 1833 212 8222 saying that i have been hacked. The others windows started to pop up with a messages that were ****. So I call this number, thinking that was microsoft help and a woman called Anne Smith answered to me saying that she is from Microsoft and she will help me. She asked me if I was looking at **** sites and I say no. Then she ask me for press the key window simultaneously with the R and told me to write something. She explained to me that I have 16 in
